Sylvia Marisa Mauren

Sylvia Marisa Mauren is the founding partner specializing in banking and finance, investments, mergers and acquisitions and insurances. She started her career at one of Indonesia’s prominent law firm where she assisted various banking and finance, investments, mergers and acquisition, and general corporate matters.

In 2008, she joined Indonesia’s leading law firm, Hadiputranto Hadinoto & Partners. In 2010, she joined Budidjaja & Associates. During her time in Budidjaja & Associates, not only she continued to work in investments, corporate, and banking and finance matters, she also assisted several arbitration proceedings in Indonesia and outside Indonesia.

In 2013 she was invited to speak in the International Boundary Disputes & Unitisation in E&P, held in Bangkok. In the previous year, she also received a full scholarship from International Development Law Organization (IDLO) to attend the Advanced Course on Procurement in Rome, Italy.

Sylvia is qualified and licensed to act as legal counsel before the Indonesian courts.
