We assist banks and other financial institutions in preparing loan agreements and security documents, both within and outside Indonesia. We have also served as Indonesian counsel to foreign lenders on project finance and loan transactions and assist lenders with respect to execution of securities. Our service in this area also covers client’s regulatory and corporate needs and with respect to specific banking products, trade finance (letters of credit) and other financing transactions, whether secured or unsecured, within and outside Indonesia.
