Windri Marieta

Windri Marieta is the founding partner of Marieta Mauren. She specializes her practice in arbitration. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and is currently appointed as Co-Chair of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators – Indonesia Chapter. She is also the appointed Indonesia Delegate for ICC Commission on Arbitration and Alternative Disputes Resolution.
She has represented high-profile clients such as the Government of the Republic of Indonesia, State-owned entities and foreign investment companies in both domestic and international arbitration proceedings under major arbitration institutions rules including Badan Arbitrase Nasional Indonesia (BANI), Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), as well as the UNCITRAL rules. She also handles enforcement of both domestic and international arbitral awards in Indonesia.
Windri is qualified and licensed to act as legal counsel before Indonesian courts. She has an extensive court experience handling complex litigation such as shareholder dispute and annulment of arbitral award. She has been an adjunct lecturer at the Faculty of Law, Universitas Indonesia since 2019 teaching course on international commercial arbitration. She is also a member of panel of arbitrators of Borneo International Centre for Arbitration and Mediation (BICAM).
