Nicolas Wianto is an Associate of the Firm. Prior to joining Marieta Mauren, Nicolas graduated as the Salutatorian of the Class of 2024 from the Faculty of Law, Parahyangan Catholic University.
At Marieta Mauren, Nicolas advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on financial technology, personal data protection, employment, shipping, and oil and gas. He has extensive experience assisting clients in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate licensing, corporate structuring (including private equity and venture capital transactions), legal advisory, and legal due diligence across various industries.
In addition to his practice, Nicolas is a member of the Indonesian Association of Data Protection Practitioners (APPDI) and actively participates in various industrial relations communities in Indonesia.
